Golf Region Schladming-Dachstein

Founded in 1977, the Golf & Landclub Ennstal-Weißenbach is the only golf course in Europe that is located in a “Natura 2000” nature reserve. The course was redesigned in 2006 and 2015 and is considered to have the 18 flattest fairways in the Alps. Famous is also the completely redesigned hole 9 – a spectacular par 3.

The golf course of the GC Schladming-Dachstein was designed by Bernhard Langer. It is located in the beautiful landscape between Schladming and Haus im Ennstal. The beautifully designed course is considered a sporting challenge. However, although challenging, the course allows players of all handicap classes to experience success and a nice game. The course is one of the LEADING GOLF COURSES AUSTRIA.

If you want to explore the four golf clubs in the west of Salzburg, you can start your journey at GC Radstadt. It offers a wonderful combination of natural beauty and sporting challenge. Radstadt is also home to the world’s only gondola lift, the “birdie jet”, which takes you up to 1,000 meters above sea level. From there, you can hit the longest drive of your life on fairway 13, 100 yards down.
