Two days of top-level Styrian golf

Last weekend, we became the gathering place for Styria’s best golfers:

On August 22 and 23, 2026, the Styrian Championships for the General Class, MidAm, Seniors, Master Seniors, and Super Seniors were held at our facility.

The tournament consisted of two rounds of 18 holes each, played in a classic stroke play format without a handicap —a physically challenging event that kept players on the edge of their seats right up to the last hole.

Perfect conditions for outstanding performance

The conditions could hardly have been better: sunny summer weather, a superbly maintained golf course, and perfect course conditions provided the players with ideal circumstances for two intense days of competition.

From the first tee time on Saturday to the final round on Sunday, our course was the scene of top-class golf. Especially in a 36-hole stroke play tournament, every shot counts—so concentration, composure, and consistency were particularly important.

The Styrian Championships are among the sporting highlights of the Styrian golf calendar and also count toward the Austrian rankings.

Golf, Excitement, and a Stunning Setting

Whether in the Open Division or in the various age divisions—every shot was fiercely contested on our course. The different divisions led to thrilling matchups and once again demonstrated the great athletic diversity of the sport of golf.

It was a special pleasure for us to host this prestigious championship. The combination of the high level of competition, our uniquely scenic location, and the perfect conditions made the championship weekend a truly special golfing experience.
